[Labor] Regarding postponement of proposed timing of minimum wage increase in 2024

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has issued an official letter to the Vietnamese government informing them of the postponement of the deadline for proposing an increase in the minimum wage for workers. According to the official letter, the proposal has been delayed from the original schedule and is scheduled to be announced by the end of the fourth quarter of 2023.

At present, until a new Decree is issued, the minimum wage for 2023 will be governed by Decree No. 38/2022/ND-CP.
