The 30% reduction applies only to the amount of land use fees payable in 2023, and does not reduce the amount of land use fees owed before 2022 or interest on arrears, if any.

If the tenant has already received a land use fee reduction based on other regulations, has received compensation under the land use fee regulations, or has the land use fee reduced due to site preparation, the reduced amount or The 30% reduction applies only to the land use fee payment after deducting the compensation amount.
